"Meat" Frank, our new German Master Butcher.  He's originally from Kassel, Germany and he has been a butcher for 34 years.

Our state-of-the-art smokehouse is completely computerized to ensure uniform cooking and a standard product. The majority of our products are Nitrate Free and we are committed to only buying meat from sustainable local family farms.
