Key Packing has been a family owned business since 1976 and works with independent farmers to custom slaughter, cut and pack beef and pork.  Key Packing is a relatively small operation, slaughtering on average 27 beef per week and 12-14 hogs; they are NCDA inspected. They typically slaughter beef on Tuesdays and swine on Thursdays. Call for an appointment. Key Packing also has a retail store offering various cuts of beef, pork and chicken.
