All beef we sell was conceived, calved, and cared for on our small farm in Delight, NC.  While some farms focus on Angus beef, we have chosen Gelbvieh because of their excellent mothering qualities.  We take custom orders as well as sell vacuum sealed packages direct from our farm, the Downtown Hickory Farmers Market, and the Butcha Hut in Hickory, NC.  Our cattle spend their entire lives in our pastures.  We do not use hormones or antibiotics to produce our beef.  Our beef is 100% guaranteed.  If you are not completed satisfied we will make it right.  There is a difference and you can taste it!
