MAE Farm Meats is the result of a 20-year ambition Susan and I share: to own and operate a farm that embraces and reflects our community-based values, enhances rather than diminishes the environment and treats animals with care and respect. Appropriately, the farm is named for our children, in accordance to their age: Max, Audra and Enya.
MAE Farm pork is a versatile, premium product that has generous marbling, rich color and flawless texture; the taste will surely linger in your mind long after your plate is cleared. We offer pork chops, ham steaks, sausage, shoulder roast, liver, fat back and BBQ. Currently our pork is sold at Whole Food Markets or directly from the farm.
Farm tours and nature walks are available to school and civic groups. Come and visit us and learn more about sustainable farming.
