We raise Tamworth hogs, free-range chicken and shiitake mushrooms. All of our foods are free of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, hormones, antibiotics or preservatives.
As stewards of our land and animals, we are committed to using sustainable and humane farming techniques.
We are proud members of NC Choices, the Carolina Farm Stewardship Association; Slow Food Charlotte; Southern Foodways Alliance; ; the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy; and “Goodness Grows in NC”. We are also affiliated with the local food initiative, “Foothills Fresh.”
